Enrolling Your Account

To enroll your account in the Password Reset Portal, first navigate to the web address provided to you by your agency administrators. Once the page has loaded, you should see something similar to the following screenshot. Click on the Enroll link.

You will not be able to enroll your account if it is currently locked or your password is set to be changed at your next logon. If this is the case, you will need to contact your agency administrator for assistance.

Enter your username and password and choose your Active Directory domain from the drop-down menu. Your username is typically the first part of your e-mail address. For example, jprince@example-agency.com has the username jprince.

Choose three security questions and provide answers to each of them. These questions will be used to verify your identity when you reset your password or unlock your account.

Your answers must be at least four characters long.

Once you have entered the requested information, click on the Next button. If everything was filled out correctly, your account should now be enrolled.
