Reset Your Password

To reset your password in the Password Reset Portal, first navigate to the web address provided to you by your agency administrators. Once the page has loaded, you should see something similar to the following screenshot. Click on the Reset link.

Enter your username and choose your Active Directory domain from the drop-down menu. Your username is typically the first part of your e-mail address. For example, jprince@example-agency.com has the username jprince.

You will be prompted to answer your three security questions.

Once you have correctly answered all of your security questions, you will be prompted to enter and verify a new password.

Your new password must conform to your agency's password policy requirements.
