Password changes are typically replicated from your local Active Directory domain to CloudPortal Services Manager (CPSM) via AD Sync. If your user account is not stored in an Active Directory domain, your password changes will need to be performed manually via CPSM. In this case, you may also set secret questions in case you forget your password and need to reset it.
