Resource Response Message

Use Response Message to create a default message that will be included in automatic responses to meeting requests that are sent to a resource.

Add additional text to be included in responses to meeting requestSelect this check box to add text to automatic responses to meeting requests.
Text boxAfter you select the check box above, click in the text box and type the text that you want added to automatic responses to meeting requests.

What else do I need to know?

The text in the response message is added only when you have selected Automatically process meeting requests and cancellations under Scheduling Options.
