1 Only for agencies not using AD Sync
2 For agencies that want to have the resource mailbox identity be a synced object, you will first make that identity a User Mailbox then convert it to Shared, Room or Equipment mailbox. Once it has been converted you will remove the license.
3 If multi-factor authentication displays “Not enrolled”, Autopilot must rescan the user account: Click the “«” icon > Rescan user > User detail > Rescan. When the new “Get Tenant User” job has completed, the user's current status will be displayed.
4 Some agencies have reported issues using CloudPortal to modify group send-as permissions. If you experience issues, please open a ticket.
