To access your mailbox from a compatible web browser, navigate to outlook.office.com.
Once signed in, this will take you directly to your mailbox in Outlook Web App.
If your mailbox was migrated from Hosted Exchange at CDS, you will receive the following message if you attempt to log in via the CDS webmail link.

Outlook Web App (OWA) for Exchange Online utilizes an interface that unifies elements across various Microsoft Office 365 applications and services. The layout and features will differ from those offered by Hosted Exchange at CDS or your on-premises messaging platform.
Microsoft continually adds and updates features in their Office 365 platform. As a result, the interface and available applications may change without notice.
Microsoft has introduced Sweep as an additional feature to manage messages in a mailbox. Use Sweep to delete (or, if you want, block) email in bulk. You can also create a rule to automatically sweep out email going forward. Read more at the Office Support and Training Center
At this time, Sweep rules can only be created and managed from Outlook Web App (OWA).
