Co-existence and UAT

Co-existence Information

Known Issues

  • Free/busy information does not work between environments. Migrated users will only be able to see other migrated users' free/busy information.
  • Shared calendars and contacts will not work between environments. Migrated users will only be able to see other migrated users' shared calendars and contacts.
  • Users will receive a dialog box that asks whether to allow Office 365 by CDS to configure their profile. Users should allow this. If the dialog box continues to open even after checking the box for not showing it again, it is likely that a non-migrated user's mailbox, calendar, or contacts are open in the migrated user's mailbox.
  • Mistyped email addresses will result in “mail loop” NDRs due to both messaging platforms having your domains set as “Internal Relay”.
  • When using the Reply All function of email clients, a copy of the message will be delivered to the sender during co-existence.
