If you want to see whether a message was delivered or held, navigate to Smart Search > Search. You may search by sender, recipient, hostname, or message ID. The remaining fields are mainly for internal use.
Click on the plus sign to expand the message details. To view delivery status, click the two arrows on the far-right (highlighted).
The Final Rule row shows which rule was applied to the message. A result of
pass means it was sent or received normally. A result of
ADQueue means it was sent to the attachment defense module and a second instance of this message will be seen in the search results with the actual final rule.
If the message was quarantined, you can click the envelope icon to view it in the quarantine folder.
